SupCenter10.co.uk - To Undergo Upgrade Maintenance
Publish Date: Monday, February 04, 2008The Technical Department of Lonex would like to inform you of an upgrade maintenance to be performed on SupCenter10.co.uk on February 5th, 2008. The maintenance is scheduled to start at 9:00 AM GMT (4:00 AM EST), with around 2 hours expected downtime for all web hosting services.
The procedure will include replacement of the hard disk drives with brand new ones that boast much better functionality and speed values. In result the server performance will be improved so much that the current occasional timeouts, which you might have been facing from time to time, will be eliminated.
Tomorrow will be carried out the first stage of the HDD-replacement procedure and if it turns out to be less time-consuming than expected - we'll proceed to the HDDs change completion within the afore-mentioned period. Otherwise, we'll execute the second stage of the maintenance on February 6th, from 9:00 AM GMT (4:00 AM EST). We’ll provide you with more details as soon as we get real-time information from our Data Center.
We give our guarantees that all the data stored on the server will not be affected in any way and would like to apologize for any inconvenience you might suffer during the downtime.
